We only ask for what we need to help you, and we treat it with care.
What we collect
When you send us a form, we receive the details you enter: usually your name, contact details and your message. For baptism, wedding and funeral enquiries this may include the names of family members, or of someone who has died.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to arrange what you have asked for. We never sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who can see it
The clergy and the parish administrator, and only as far as they need to help you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted within twelve months unless they become part of a parish record, such as a register of baptisms, marriages or funerals, which the church is required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting the parish office.
